Korea

posted pictures till lunch time only 1st. too many pictures.

woke up early in the morning. went to this picture to eat breakfast at this Chinese restaurant

with Leif. i was still not used to my new camera.

he kept moving

finally an unblur shot but his face was cut off. and he gave up taking pictures with me.=(.

after this, my mom's Sony start to freeze. literally. the inside of the camera really became frozen. like wth. so for the remaining days, it was depended on my canon.=). then my dad told my mom, aren't you glad i bought the canon. haha. cause my dad secretly bought the canon without telling my mom. my mom knew about it like 2-3weeks later only. haha. canon is good. the Sony defrost only 1 week after we came back to Singapore.

First stop: Namsangsol Hanok Village

Description: This village has restored five traditional Korean houses. The houses belong to various social ranks of the society from the common peasant to the King, showing the different social levels from the Joseon Dynasty. Got to see the traditional Korean houses.=).

Time there: 8.30am. darn early.

the princess. i think i bring joy to my dad. haha. cause my dad like to capture pictures of his children. then all my siblings always refuse to take pictures. so he will keep going "Nicole. take here. " and the camera will keep snapping away. haha.

the little boy in glasses is like darn funny. his actions is like unexpected all the time. haha.

i think this is the queen's parents place or something like that.

the Nol-Ttwigi, Korean see-saw game. the way they play the see-saw is different from us. Each side would jump, and the one who fall off 1st loses. the little glasses boy played the game with this Korean girl. guy in the middle with the mask is the little boy father, who is rather eccentric too. his dad was darn eccentric and we kept laughing.

Next Stop: Dragon Hill Spa

Description: An all-inclusive seven-storey place that is mainly for relaxing. Most koreans all there for the warm springs,sauna and all.

Time in: 10am

My experience there: Koreans go naked when they go for the warm springs. But of course, they go naked in the female/male only places. Mixed areas, they will wear this "uniform" that is given. So i didnt wear my lens that day, so my eye sight was slightly blurred. OMG! when i walked into the girls toilet, it felt so unreal. it was like nude bodies walking here and there. and since my vision was blur for the day, at the beginning it felt so unreal cause it was like the bodies was censored and all. then i realise it was not. it is really naked. but i didnt dare to go the warm spring. so i just roamed about for like an hour.

Time out: 11:30am

Lunch time: 12pm

Went for lunch. I enjoyed all my meals at Korea. the food there were like darn nice.=).

mom and leif. i think my bros has the same look in their eyes.

dad and leon. everyone is commenting that they look alike. all of us are starting to get confused. haha.
